• Profile Data: Height, Education/Qualification, Occupation, Location (City/Country).
• Sensitive Personal Data: Religion, Rasi (Zodiac Sign), Natchithram (Star), and Horoscope details (Kuripu). We collect this specific sensitive data solely to facilitate the astrological matching services central to our App's functionality.

B. User-Generated Content

• Photos: Profile pictures and other images you upload.
• Documents: Images of your Horoscope/Kuripu chart.

C. Usage and Interaction Data

• Matching Activity: Profiles you like, dislike, or match with.
• Communications: Messages sent to matches (via our platform or fallback mechanisms).
• Device Data: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure App functionality and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and Manage Your Account: Verify your identity and manage your registration.
• Provide Matching Services: Use your birth details and astrological data to calculate compatibility scores (e.g., "Porutham") with other users.
• Facilitate Connections: Allow other users to view your profile and connect with you based on mutual interest.
• Process Transactions: Manage your premium subscriptions via Apple StoreKit (we do not store your credit card information directly).
• Improve Our App: Analyze usage trends to improve user experience and fix bugs.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• Other Users: Your profile information (excluding your direct contact details like email/phone, unless you choose to share them via matching) is visible to other users of the App to facilitate matchmaking.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services like Google Firebase (for authentication, database, and storage) to operate our App.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion:
You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can do this directly within the App by navigating to Profile > Edit > Delete Account.

• Effect of Deletion: When you delete your account, your profile, photos, astrological data, and interaction history are permanently removed from our active databases.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Our App is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
