Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Kanavu mobile application (the "App") operated by OffHours Labs LTD ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our App.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App and agreeing to these Terms, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use the App in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content using the App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the App. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the App and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
In no event shall Kanavu, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Matchmaking Disclaimer: We make no guarantees regarding the number or quality of matches or connections you will make through the Service. Compatibility scores are based on astrological algorithms and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
